The Winter of The Dance is a study of human inhibition and judgment.
It is an exploration of what western society considers appropriate
behavior and the story of two men shedding predictability to
rediscover the joys of youth. At times funny and others poignant The
Winter of The Dance is a short documentary revealing three months in
the lives of two men dancing on street corners in the countryside of
Canada. Strikingly raw, this project was recorded in the "film clip"
mode of a digital still shot camera no larger than a cellular phone
(the Canon digital Elph).
